Neu Heritage operates as a private capital syndicate specializing in sourcing, structuring, and coordinating investor access to exclusive pre-IPO and private equity deals.

How do we do this?

We do this by:

Originating allocation opportunities through relationships with institutional desks, investment banks, and private issuers.

Structuring Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) that allow eligible investors to participate in specific private placements without fund level entanglement.

Partnering with licensed third parties
(e.g. fund admins, legal teams, and SPV managers) to handle KYC, AML, reporting and compliance.

Syndicating capital through our private network of family offices, institutional partners, and high net worth investors.

We take No Carry. Our revenue model is fee-based: we charge facilitation, structuring, and administration fees for access, legal execution, and infrastructure build-out.
